Thursday 9th December saw Ard Rí Community National School’s first ever Science Day. Local scientist Fiona Glacken performed a number of experiments with the Junior Infant pupils. The children discovered how plants grow, how to make static electricity, how to mix different colours and even how to produce carbon dioxide.
